Ailin Arias

Ailin Arias has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. In 2020, they worked at Looptify as an Executive Assistant for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Looptify Care as the Director of Sales, where they remained until September 2021. Returning to Looptify, Ailin then took on the role of Chief of Staff from April 2020 to June 2022. Ailin continued to progress within the company, becoming the Vice President of Operations from June 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Ailin holds a prominent leadership position as the President of Operations at Looptify from May 2023 onwards.

Ailin Arias attended California State University-Dominguez Hills from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In October 2022, Ailin also obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification through the Scrum Alliance.
