Ryan Shepard

Ryan Shepard, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are serving as the Segment Market Director at Loparex, a position they have held since November 2022. Before that, Ryan worked as the Supply Chain Excellence Manager at Loparex from March 2021 to November 2022. Prior to joining Loparex, they were associated with Caterpillar Inc., starting in September 2014. At Caterpillar, Ryan held multiple roles, including Global Supply Chain Performance Manager from May 2019 to March 2021, Supply Chain Performance Manager from January 2016 to April 2019, and Purchasing Manager from September 2014 to December 2015. Before their tenure at Caterpillar, Ryan served as a Supervisor of Supply Chain Management at General Dynamics NASSCO from August 2008 to September 2014. Ryan began their career as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps in 2002.

Ryan Shepard, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Bonaventure University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Ryan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan has also earned several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Lean Fundamentals and Lean Problem Solving from the LeanCor Supply Chain Group. More recently, in 2023, they completed certifications in Product Analytics and Product-led from Pendo.io.
