Lachlan Young has extensive experience in the engineering field, with roles at companies such as Loram Pty Ltd, Patrick Terminals, Holcim, SEQ Water, Santos Ltd, and CCI Pope. Lachlan has held positions ranging from Project Engineer to Mechanical Reliability Engineer and has achieved success in delivering maintenance strategies under budget, improving reliability, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Lachlan has also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from QUT.
