Benjamin Steele

Benjamin Steele, MBA, currently serves as Global Materials Manager for the APS Division at Parker Lord since August 2023, and has been a Materials Manager at Parker Hannifin since March 2021. Previously, Benjamin worked at Newell Brands from April 2016 to March 2021 as a Demand Planning Analyst for the Food Division, with responsibilities in demand planning for a $100 million consumer goods business and SAP/APO training. Benjamin's experience includes roles as Inventory Planner in Consumer Direct at Newell Brands, Senior Supervisor for Direct to Consumer Fulfillment at Finish Line, and Operations Supervisor at Kraft Foods Group. Earlier career achievements include managing a smooth transition of warehouse operations at XLC Services and leading process improvements that delivered significant cost savings. Benjamin holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the Kelley School of Business.
