Dan Barber

Dan Barber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of chemistry, currently serving as both a Staff Application Engineer and Staff Scientist at LORD Corporation, a part of Parker Hannifin, since July 2005. Prior to this role, Dan Barber worked as a Staff Scientist at Kemet Electronics from September 2000 to June 2005, focusing on ceramic capacitor research and development. Dan Barber also held academic positions as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Lafayette College from September 1996 to June 2000 and served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Oberlin College from September 1994 to June 1996. Dan Barber completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Chemistry at Yale University from 1990 to 1994, holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Virginia (1985-1990), and earned a BS in Chemistry from Furman University (1981-1985).
