John Mischler

John Mischler is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in product configuration and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Product Configuration Manager at LORD Corporation since May 1998, John leads the continuous improvement of Requirements Management and Configuration Management processes, acting as a liaison between global Product Development teams and Information Technology. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where John designed aircraft engine mounts and oversaw the design process through various stages of development, and as a Senior Tooling Engineer, focusing on rubber injection and transfer mold design. Earlier in John's career at API Technologies Corp., ruggedized Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) Filters were engineered for Aerospace & Defense applications, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles for complexity reduction. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from PennWest Edinboro.
