Tim Brinkmeyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and leadership training. Currently serving as the Lead in Supply Chain Management and Operations at Parker Hannifin since July 2021, Tim focuses on overseeing warehouse operations with an emphasis on LEAN strategies to enhance sales and production. As a Professional Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, Tim provides leadership training and development. Tim co-founded Cigar Legacies, LLC, where responsibilities included website design and client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Previously, Tim held the position of Client Portfolio Specialist at Charles Schwab, where notable achievements included significant asset acquisition and recognition for exceptional client service. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Marketing Manager at Bath Fitter, managing regional marketing efforts and on-site operations at various events. Tim holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Business and American History from Ball State University.
