Paula Rivera

Paula Rivera is a creative marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in the hospitality, travel, and lifestyle sectors. They have held various roles, including Regional Director of Marketing at Lore Group since 2024 and Director of Marketing and Communications at Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square. Paula has demonstrated skills in brand storytelling, PR, and influencer partnerships, alongside a strong background in social media and sales. Additionally, they have past experience as a Junior Sales & Social Media Manager at Destination Puerto Rico and as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Paula graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Broadcast Journalism and is also studying acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
