Joe Dobbin

Joe Dobbin has extensive experience in information technology management, having worked at L'Oréal since November 2000, where Joe has held various positions, including Director of Information Technology Zone Operations, Senior IT Manager Zone Operations, and IT Manager. Prior to joining L'Oréal, Joe Dobbin served as IT Manager at Business Management Expertise Inc. from January 1988 to November 2000. Joe Dobbin completed education at Cittone Institute between 1987 and 1988.
