Daniel Thews

Daniel Thews is a Maschinenbauingenieur at LORENTZ since October 2022, bringing prior experience from Simufact Engineering, where roles focused on Qualitätssicherung and Qualitätskontrolle from July 2018 to September 2022. At Simufact Engineering, Daniel conducted evaluations of 2D/3D finite element simulation models for forming processes, additive manufacturing, and welding processes, designed 3D CAD models, performed parameter studies to optimize simulation parameters, and documented detected malfunctions using Atlassian JIRA. Daniel holds a Master of Science degree obtained from Hamburg University of Technology from October 2020 to June 2022, following a Bachelor of Science degree completed at the same institution from October 2015 to September 2020.
