We do not write Estate Plans, we implement them.  Unlike Banks or Trust Companies, we do not sell any financial products.

Our duty is to consider your intent first, as it is expressed in your written Estate Plan, then to follow the Probate Code, as you are the First Beneficiary of your Trust.  We must also consider your beneficiaries in the process.

One of 3 events trigger your Succession plan: Resignation (when you resign as Trustee of your Trust), Incapacity (your Trust document will specify how this is determined), or Death.  This is when your Successor Trustee goes to work, fulfilling your plan and following your wishes.
