Howard Chang

Howard Chang possesses extensive experience in technology and research management, with notable roles spanning over two decades. At StarVedia Technologies Inc., Howard served as Director of the R&D Department from April 2007 to September 2015. Subsequently, at Lorex Technology, Howard held several key positions, including Senior Manager of Engineering and Director of Cloud Technology and Security before advancing to Senior Director of Technology, overseeing cloud technology, product management, cyber security, privacy, and IT departments from November 2023 onwards. Prior to these roles, Howard worked at GoldenNet Technology Inc. as R&D Manager and at Antek Technology Inc. as an Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.
