Jennifer Zhang is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Lorex Technology since August 2019, Jennifer provides comprehensive assistance for proprietary software applications and collaborates with development teams to resolve recurring issues. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at SciCan, where support was provided for users in troubleshooting software and hardware challenges.
