Nick Jones

Nick Jones is a Senior Project Manager delivering successful complex projects within the Food, Brewing, Dairy and Beverage Industries. Nick has built up a significant amount of experience both at home and overseas.

Nick is an experienced process engineer and a senior project manager who has worked in various capacities in the Food, Beverage and Dairy industries, managing strategic projects including Front-end/feasibility studies, utilities, design of piping systems for industrial services, plant improvement & new equipment/plant installation projects and their project management & commissioning.

Nick was instrumental in the development of The Opti suite including Opti-Milk (dairy modelling tool), Opti-Spirit (distillery) and Opti-Brew (brewery & beverage modelling).
