Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is the Head of Strategic Account and is responsible for the management of major multi-disciplined engineering projects mainly in the food and drinks industry for a major snack foods client.

Stephen has led the successful implementation of many multi-£million capital projects within the food and drinks industry. He takes specific responsibility for the overall project management and programme management function including budget control, programme control, and the overall direction and co-ordination of multi-disciplined teams consisting of electrical, control, process, packaging, utilities and building design engineering. He is particularly experienced in front-end design studies and CapEx investment justification reports.

He also has a wealth of practical site construction management experience, often working in high-care food environments with installation activities occurring alongside live food production.

With over 30-years of industrial experience, Stephen has worked for Lorien for over 20 years, and his previous positions included as a Senior Projects Manager and also the company’s Packaging Engineering Manager. In this role he was responsible for the management, resourcing and technical outputs of the Packaging Engineering Design Department.
