Claire began her recruitment career with Lorien as a graduate in 1998, progressing from Account Manager through to her current role as CEO.

With 18 years’ experience within the IT recruitment sector, Claire has a wealth of experience devising and implementing complex recruitment solutions within the IT Sector.

Claire has led the organisation through an intense recent period of growth and continues to successfully expand the business by providing bespoke MSP and RPO talent solutions to market-leading organisations such as Fujitsu, Centrica, GSK, Vodafone and Royal Bank of Scotland.
