John MacMillan

John MacMillan has over 15 years of work experience. John currently serves as the Client Services Director at Lorien, a technology and telecom recruitment specialist. Prior to that, they worked at NatWest Group as an HR Consultant, focusing on change projects and delivering the people plan. John also held the position of People Programmes Delivery Manager at NatWest Group. Before joining NatWest Group, John worked at Direct Line Group as a Project and Service Delivery Manager and a Resourcing Business Partner within the HR and Claims Division. John started their career as a Resourcing Consultant at NatWest Group and worked as a Consultant at ASA Recruitment. John also served as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent a Car and held various roles at Black and Decker, including Sales Executive and Event Marketing Team Leader.

From 1997 to 2001, John MacMillan pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies and Marketing at the University of Stirling.
