Mike Guilday

Mike Guilday started their professional career at Aerotek in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Engineering Recruiter for two years before being promoted to the role of Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Lorien as an Account Executive, responsible for business development and providing technical staffing solutions to clients. Later, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sales. Mike's work experience includes building strong relationships with clients and working with both commercial and government sectors.

Mike Guilday received their High School Diploma from The Heights School in 2001. Mike went on to earn a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Frostburg State University, graduating in 2005.
