Will Lyon

Will Lyon serves as the Head of Channel GTM at Rippling, leading a cross-functional team in crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy for Accountant and Broker channels. In addition, Will is a Venture Partner at Lorimer Ventures, a Brooklyn-based venture fund focusing on supporting early-stage founders in scaling their enterprises. Previous roles include Professional Services Sales & GTM at 6sense, where recognition in the Presidents Club was achieved, and a series of marketing leadership positions at Appirio and Wipro Limited, emphasizing strategic growth and company culture. Early career experiences include internships at Marcus & Millichap and Promus Holdings, along with serving as an Assistant Tennis Professional at Westmoreland Country Club. Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Politics from Washington and Lee University and further education at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
