Lorna Murray is an ethically and sustainably minded Australian brand, where effortless glamour meets coastal luxury.  

All apparel is handcrafted ethically by artisans in Lorna’s studio in South East Asia and sustainably made with natural fibres, minimising environmental impact.  

The brand was founded in Sydney’s inner west, growing into a global fashion brand distributed in over 300 countries. Lorna and her team of creatives continue to lead the vision and direction of the brand from Sydney, staying true to the brand’s core original values of craftsmanship, creativity, community, connection and collaboration.  

We are a seasonless brand, founded on the basis of celebrating craft-based traditions, committed to our vision of creating beautifully handcrafted pieces, infused with stories, which embrace quality and craftsmanship. 

The kaleidoscope of weaves, idiosyncratic shapes, tactility of grass fibres and delicacy of the handcrafted, make our designs distinctive, playful, multipurpose and engaging. Our collection of hats showcases both effortless neutrals and vibrant bursts of colour.  

Lorna Murray merges ancient weaving with contemporary art practice, community and fashion. Our designs celebrate the heritage of craftsmanship and the artisanal, woven not only in the fibres themselves, but the hands that make these pieces.
