Tim Maxted

Tim Maxted is the Chairman of Berkeley Insurance Group and Maxted Capital, as well as the High Sheriff of Leicestershire for 2017-18. They served on the Philanthropy Advisory Board at the University of Leicester from 2014 to 2020, and have held various roles in charitable organizations, including Co-Chair at The Prince's Trust and a member of the Board of Trustees for LOROS Hospice since 2016. Tim also founded The Star Trust, supporting local charities, and has served as a barrister after being called to the Bar in 1999. Currently, they continue to contribute to charitable causes through various board roles while leading Maxted Capital.
