Dylan Schuster

Dylan Schuster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Dylan began their career as a Web Copywriter at Network Solutions in March 2006 and later transitioned to roles such as E-Commerce Web Designer and Web Designer within the same company. In August 2008, Dylan joined Xavier University as a Web Developer and worked there until August 2009. Dylan then moved to Zipscene, where they held various positions such as Web Developer, Lead Front-End Designer/Developer, Director of User Experience, and Product Manager, Apps & Interfaces. Dylan's most recent role at Zipscene was as the Lead UX Engineer, where they managed a team of front-end developers and built the platform's front end using React.js. In 2016, Dylan joined Losant as the Lead UX Engineer, responsible for managing a team of front-end developers and building the platform's front end. Dylan later took on the role of Support & Education Lead (Interim), overseeing public-facing product documentation, developing educational material, and managing customer support. Dylan's most recent role at Losant is Director of Product, where they are responsible for defining the product roadmap, designing feature mockups, and acting as a subject matter expert in public webinars.

Dylan Schuster completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Dylan also obtained additional certifications, including Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2022 and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO) from Scrum.org in January 2021.
