Founder and Managing Director Amanda Lote is an alumnus of St Johns College, Oxford University. She began her recruitment career in the City of London in 1997 and relocated to Asia in 2005. She has consistently ranked highly in the Asia Money Headhunter polls for the Investment Banking and Buy Side/Hedge Funds/Private Equity markets. She has specialised in senior financial markets search assignments in the Asia Pacific Region for Global Investment Banks and Funds. She established Lote & Partners in 2010 and is head of the Hong Kong office.
