The LOTE45 started its activities in April 2006 with focus on Asset Management and Financial Consulting, aiming to become a benchmark in Investment Platform and Risk Management. 

The founders of LOTE45, Ronei Frigerio and João Grossi, worked at the Garantia Investment Bank, later acquired by the Credit Suisse Group, and attracted people with strong skills who have the perfect match with the company’s culture.

The name LOTE45 is a tribute to the Garantia's culture. The word "Lote" means "harvest" while "45" was the number that Garantia used at the Bovespa and BM&F trading floor. Consequently, the name LOTE45 refers to the culture of excellence formed by the "Garantia harvest".

In April 2008, we decided to close the Asset Management Business to focus on what we could do better and with excellence, "Risk Management",  through a plataform developed  internally with the expertise of LOTE45, which is a software that can measure stress, value at risk, daily change, PL, among others, online.

A new company was born, focused on the development and leasing of Asset and Risk Management Softwares to cope with the needs of the Financial Market (investment funds, banks, brokers, companies, family offices and legal or natural person that want to manage their portfolios in a quick and precise way).

We operate in a niche market that grows at exponential rates, requires smart solutions that are not expensive and that demands assistance in an efficient way in the RISK and ASSET MANAGEMENT. Our goal is to be the best in the segment, always trying to have faster and better solutions developed by our excellent team.
