Chen Afek

Chen Afek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, project management, and instructional design. Currently serving as an Account Manager in the Business Division at Lotem since October 2021, Chen specializes in the retail and services sectors while facilitating group learning and development. Prior roles include Head of Education and Training Development at The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, where responsibilities encompassed project management, budget and content development, and professional training. Additionally, Chen held various educational roles within the Israel Defense Forces, culminating as an Education Officer with a focus on team management and content creation. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Jewish thought from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor’s degree in Israel local studies from Kinneret Academic College.
