Hen Bachar

Hen Bachar is an experienced trainer and consultant specializing in storytelling, public speaking, and communication skills, currently serving at MILA since May 2019 and as a Learning Consultant at Lotem since September 2016. Freelance work in communication skills consulting began in April 2016, alongside a role in development and training with Points of You™ since September 2015. Previously, Hen Bachar held the position of Training and Organizational Development Manager at Electra Consumer Products Ltd from November 2008 to August 2015, where responsibilities included designing learning infrastructures and facilitating organizational communication. Prior experience includes serving as Training Manager at Lotem from February 2003 to October 2008, managing training budget and materials, and guiding change processes.
