Noam Netzer

Noam Netzer is a professional with extensive experience in business operations and analysis. Currently serving as a Business Operations Analyst at Shift4 since January 2025, Noam also holds the position of Business Operations Team Lead at Lotem, where responsibilities include developing and implementing optimized business processes. With a background as a Consultant & Project Manager, Noam has led complex B2B digital and change management projects, overseeing their entire life cycle. Previous experience includes working as a Behavior Diagnostician at Adam Milo, performing evaluations and behavioral diagnostics. Noam holds a Management MSc from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing another Management MSc at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, with prior education in Psychology and Sociology from Ruppin Academic Center.
