Lotik is a SaaS platform for dynamic innovation ecosystem management, powered by blockchain infrastructure.

We help companies, startups, universities, hubs, and other partner organizations structure, monitor, and secure innovation collaborations with greater traceability, accuracy, and agility.

Our solution was created to address recurring challenges in collaborative innovation, including the secure sharing of sensitive data and information, tracking deliverables and investments, updating agreements, managing intellectual property, and producing accountability and performance reports. Blockchain technology is at the core of how we solve these challenges: every action, document, and agreement is recorded in an immutable ledger, providing cryptographic proof of authorship, version history, and compliance — without relying on any single party's word.

With Lotik, organizations can track who contributed what, follow negotiations and amendments with legal certainty, monitor performance indicators, and drastically reduce the time spent on critical processes that previously took months. The blockchain layer ensures that this record cannot be altered retroactively, making it the trusted source of truth for all parties involved in a collaboration.

We ensure that collaborations reach their full potential with security, accuracy, agility, and reciprocity.
