Kapi Thomas has extensive work experience in various sales and customer service roles. They started their career as a Sales Manager at Hampton in 2007 and later moved on to become a Sales Manager at Le Rivage Hotel & Spa. Following that, they worked as an Account Executive at Aramark Uniform Services and as a Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott. In 2010, they joined Hyatt Place UC Davis as the Director Of Sales. In 2014, they worked as a Conference Services Manager at Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport -Waterfront, where they managed all communication with clients and various departments of the hotel. They then worked as a Customer Service Representative at ProService Boise before joining E. W. Scripps Company as an Account Executive, representing various radio stations. Currently, Kapi is the Digital Sales & Training Director at Lotus Communications Corp.
Kapi Thomas attended Cosumnes River College from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus on Business Management. Additionally, Kapi obtained a certification called "The Counselor Salesperson" from Hilton Worldwide University in July 2014. Kapi has also studied Business Administration and Management in general at Cosumnes River College, although it is unclear when they pursued this field of study.
