Jacob Mitzel

Jacob Mitzel is a civil engineer with extensive experience in land development, highway design, and project coordination. Currently employed at Loucks (July 2023 - Present), Jacob previously worked at Sambatek, Inc. (March 2019 - July 2023), where design projects included private industrial and residential sites, as well as stormwater design plans for regulatory compliance. Prior to that, at SRF Consulting Group (December 2015 - March 2019), Jacob served as a Highway Design Engineer and AutoCAD Department Lead, focusing on innovative solutions and effective training. Earlier roles included civil engineering internships with Engineering Ministries International, and experience in survey work and construction oversight with Houston Engineering, Inc. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned in 2015.
