Luke Halstead is a Graduate Civil Engineer at Loucks, where employment began in May 2022. Prior to this role, Luke gained valuable experience as a Civil Engineering Intern at the City of Shakopee, MN, during three separate periods from May 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Luke worked as a Gas Dock Attendant at Rockvam Boat Yards, Inc. from April 2015 to August 2019. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2018 and 2023.
