Lance Dashoff

Lance Dashoff is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the entertainment and management sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Loudie, LLC since April 2010, Lance has created a platform that connects users with concert experiences and offers free passes. In June 2021, Lance founded Auction House Partners LLC, which specializes in representing intellectual property rights for television and film studios, production companies, celebrities, and musicians. Prior experience includes roles as a consultant and talent buyer at Red Light Management from June 2009 to December 2018, as well as an agent trainee at William Morris Agency from August 2005 to May 2009. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
