Managing Director, Steve McPherson, set up Louvain Property Maintenance in 2005, providing services to local Estate Agents in and around Ebbw Vale.

As Steve had already got to know many Landlords and Tenants throughout Blaenau Gwent,  they had got to know and trust him so he then decided to set up Louvain Properties.

With his experience of property maintenance, Steve was able to pre-vet all the properties that Landlords approached him with and was able to advise on all the legalities, such as EPCs, Gas certificates and Electrical checks, along with advice on Fixtures, fittings and décor. This meant that when properties were presented to the market, they were quickly let and achieved the highest possible return.

This approach has enabled Louvain properties grow through reputation and recommendation to become one of the most respected Estate Agencies in the area.

Due to the success of the maintenance and lettings side of Louvain Properties,  In May 2017, Steve decided that after a relocation a competitor in Tredegar that it was time for Louvain Properties to hit the high street  and open an Estate Agents in Commercial Street,Tredegar.

This move has since grown the business to another level and the team at Louvain Properties are looking forward to the future.
