Mathilde Padovani

Mathilde Padovani currently serves as Chargée de programmation culturelle in the Service Education, Démocratisation et Accessibilité at the Musée du Louvre, overseeing the development and management of training programs for institutional partners and individual visitors while leading a team of 15 trainers since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mathilde was responsible for the event and cultural action service at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales from September 2018 to March 2020, where a new service was established, and cultural programming was managed. Previous experience includes roles at the Musée du Louvre focusing on the Viens Lire au Louvre education program and at the Château de Versailles in cultural programming for subscription services. Mathilde began a career in cultural communication with the Ville de Marseille. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 degree in Administration des institutions culturelles from Aix-Marseille University and multiple licenses in art history and archaeology from various universities.
