The #1 problem in schools today is teacher burnout. Teachers are struggling with classroom behavior and don’t know how to address it. That’s what LYC is here to change. LYC training cultivates confidence in educators by teaching them how behavior works, so they can thrive in the classroom.

LYC provides school consultation and online consultation, as well as provides online learning opportunities for educators.

-Whole Class Coaching (Coaching teachers directly during the school day to provide support in behavioral decision making)
