Davinia King

Davinia King is currently the Major Projects Director at Lovell Partnerships Ltd and has extensive experience in regeneration, development, and housing. Prior to this role, they served as Partnerships Director at Countryside from 2020 to 2025, where they focused on forming strategic partnerships for large-scale mixed-use projects in London and the southeast. Davinia also held positions as Associate Director and Senior New Business Manager at Countryside Properties Ltd, managing major regeneration projects and focusing on land acquisition and planning. They are a founding director of Spring Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to delivering community-focused developments. Davinia holds an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter and a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying from the University of Reading.
