Neil Thomas

Neil Thomas is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Lovell Partnerships Ltd since July 2018, Neil has previously held key positions, including Engineering Technical Manager at Blue Cedar Homes and Engineering Manager at Redrow Homes. With a progressive career that began as an Infrastructure Technician at Arup, Neil has developed expertise in infrastructure design, project management, and client relations over the years, including roles at Phoenix Design Partnership, Halcrow, George Brown Consultancy, and Hammonds Yates Limited. Neil holds a BSc(Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales.
