4. Setup 15min video call with your matchmaker to tell what you are looking for - at your convenience.
5. Matchmaker then does the search and research on your behalf. Gets you about 10 handpicked matches in 3 months.

We recommend meeting 3-5 prospects at the same time, rather than rely solely on one seemingly best prospect. Meet a few times to understand each of the prospects better.
