In 2011, Keith took on the role of CTO at WONDER, LLC, where they successfully defined and implemented the IT strategic vision for a children's retail concept within four months.

Keith's earlier experience includes serving as the CIO at SHOPBOP | EAST DANE from February 2004 to June 2011. In this position, they provided leadership and direction to a team of five and 39 indirect reports. Keith played a crucial role in developing IT strategies, managing operations, infrastructure, budgeting, and strategic alliances.

Before joining SHOPBOP | EAST DANE, Keith worked as an IT Director at Third Wave Technologies from January 2002 to February 2004. Keith directed IT planning, projects, budgeting, and operations for the company, which focused on developing and marketing molecular diagnostic products. Keith ensured compliance with FDA regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
