Chris Richards

Chris Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris started their career as a Senior Manager at HM Forces in 2012 and held various roles within the organization, including Senior Logistics Manager and Senior Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing personnel, resources, and operational performance, and provided advisory support to the CEO. Chris also served as a Welfare Officer, ensuring the well-being of personnel. Chris then transitioned to Yorkshire Water in 2019, where they worked as a Team Leader. Most recently, they joined LOVESPACE in 2023 as a Regional Operations Manager, where they are currently employed.

Chris Richards has a diverse education history. In 1993, they completed their studies in Maths, English, Science, History, and PE at Redruth School. Additionally, they obtained a City and Guilds in Advanced vehicle repair from The Cornwall College Group in the same year.

In terms of professional certifications, Chris completed the CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management from HM Forces in 2007. Continuing their education within HM Forces, they earned a Level 4 BTEC in teaching in the lifelong learning sector in 2008.

Later, in 2015, they completed a Level 6 Diploma in Leadership and Management through HM Forces. This was followed by a Level 2 Basic Safeguarding course from MOD SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN BOARD in 2018. In the same year, Chris acquired the title of Level 3 Mental Health First Aider from HM Forces.

Additionally, they dedicated time to pursue their interests by undertaking a Level 4 program in Facilities Planning and Management within HM Forces between 2014 and 2016.
