Low Tide Poke is a build-your-own poke bowl concept redefining campus dining with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold coastal flavor. Founded at The University of Alabama, we’re a fast-casual brand designed for college students who strive to be their best every day. We specialize in providing a clean, customizable meal that fits every lifestyle.
Our menu is simple, fresh, and made to order. From tuna and salmon to tofu, chicken, and krab, every bowl is built your way with house-made sauces for consistent, craveable flavor. We’re proud to serve students who value quality, convenience, and health without compromise.
Now operating in two flagship locations: the Alston Hall storefront at The University of Alabama and our mobile food truck on Business Row at Ole Miss. We are actively expanding across the Southeast through campus dining partnerships in hopes of opening a location near you!
