Ali Mahdi

Ali Mahdi is the Associate General Counsel at Lower, where they specialize in corporate law, consumer finance, and real estate, alongside transactional work such as corporate governance and contract drafting. Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, Ali has previously held roles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice and as an SEC Scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. They are a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and served as Editor-in-Chief for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Additionally, Ali maintains a pro bono docket involving tax and civil litigation matters.
