Erin Gerber is an experienced professional in training and development within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Lower since May 2023, Erin has previously held positions such as Training and Development Specialist at CNB Bank and Corporate Trainer at both Freedom Mortgage and RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. With a background that includes facilitating training on mortgage data entry, working with instructional design, and overseeing employee compliance training, Erin has developed a comprehensive approach to employee education.
