Jeremy Daugherty

Jeremy Daugherty is currently the VP of Lending at LOWER LLC, where they utilize their extensive experience in the mortgage industry to lead a team of top-producing loan officers. Previously, they held various roles including Sr. Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage Company and VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Jeremy's career began in 2002 as a Sr. Mortgage Consultant at Countrywide Bank. They also owned JSD Seminars, where they focused on public speaking and real estate education. Jeremy earned an undergraduate degree in Criminology from Indiana University Bloomington and an associate degree in Information Data Management from Ivy Tech Community College.
