Nick Salemo

Nick Salemo serves as the Vice President of Lending at Lower since December 2018, previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President of Lending. With a strong background in mortgage lending, Nick has also worked as a Senior Loan Officer at Homeside Financial from August 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing various mortgage types and fostering client relationships. Earlier roles include Account Executive at NewDay USA, providing real estate financing to Veterans, and Campus Manager at Campus Special, focusing on brand awareness and event marketing. Nick's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding of a local painting service and experience in various roles, including advertising sales and lifeguarding, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University.
