Alex Daniels

Alex Daniels, MBA, is currently a first-year student at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business, where they are pursuing a Full-Time MBA with a concentration in consulting. They previously spent a decade in Primary Education, working as a teacher and a principal in Title-I turnaround schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to educational equity. In their roles, Alex led significant improvements in student outcomes and teacher development, including achieving the highest Math median growth scores in Nevada for middle schools. Prior to their current position, Alex served as an Academic Dean, where they adapted the school's approach to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following graduation, Alex aims to transition into a management consulting role, utilizing their skills in creative problem-solving and change management.
