Andy Reff

Andy Reff is a Lead Product Designer and Design Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience in building scalable design solutions. Currently employed at Lowe's Companies, Inc., they have previously held senior design roles at Allegion, PLC, and Encamp, where they pioneered the development of design systems using atomic design methodologies. Andy has also contributed significantly to various companies, including DriveCentric and Finish Line, overseeing projects from concept to implementation. They hold degrees in Information Technology Multimedia from the University of Northwestern Ohio and Graphic Design from the University of Southern Indiana.
