Ben Ustianowski

Ben Ustianowski has extensive experience in both military and retail management. From January 2009 to January 2015, Ben served as a Weather Loadmaster in the United States Air Force, demonstrating proficiency in WC-130j aircraft systems and various operational procedures, including avionics system management and atmospheric data analysis. Prior to this, from January 2002 to January 2006, Ben worked as a Field Welder/Fabricator at Deep South Machine & Welding, where responsibilities included mechanical repair and job site supervision. In the retail sector, Ben held multiple roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from October 2012 to January 2017, including Assistant Store Manager and Regional Field Merchant, focusing on team development, customer service, and operational oversight in various departments. Ben's educational background includes military qualifications in loadmaster and aviation operations from the Community College of the Air Force.
