Derrek has a diverse background, including roles as a Senior Engineer at Lowe's, and an Information Security Specialist at Alfa Insurance, where they implemented network security measures and created technical documentation. They hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
