Elizabeth Johnson

Elizabeth Johnson, PhD, is the Lead Data Scientist at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they leverage their expertise in data analysis and modeling. They earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Microbiology with a Minor in Computational Science from the University of Tennessee, where they also served as a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant focused on HIV evolution. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth held positions as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Lowe's, as well as a Data Scientist and Program Manager at ADM Associates. They also contributed to cross-disciplinary research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis and participated in the IGERT Graduate Fellow program at the NSF. Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Appalachian State University.
